TIGHALINE a new build house in Inverdruie
This is a modern open plan
living house with kitchen/dining/living and socialising
all in one large spacious area.
The lounge area hosts a
fabulous log burning stove with ambient lighting,
creating a warm, welcoming feeling with ample sofas and
even a small snug bar area for friends and family to
congregate.
There is a bluetooth music
player to pair with your smart phone or Bluetooth device, TV (freesat) and a DVD player.
There is a ramped entry from the garden
The dining area has a large pine table - seating all 16
guests at one time - there are two sets of French
windows opening from this area on to the deck and
garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped
including a ceramic hob, 2 x Ovens, Fridge/Freezer,
Microwave and Dishwasher.
There is an ample
supply of pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses etc.
The utility room comprises: second fridge/freezer,
washing machine, tumble dryer and pulley/drying rack.
There are 7 ensuite
bedrooms; two on the ground floor and five on the 1st
floor.
There is also a second
TV (freesat) area to retreat to on the 1st
floor complete with HDMI cable if you to plug in your
personal play station or Xbox.
This house can sleep a total of 16 people (8 single beds
(4 bunks), 4 king-size beds).
One of the bedrooms is at
ground floor level and is fitted with a level entry
shower; therefore suitable for disabled or elderly
guests.
